“Give me a fruit and I will make a sorbet”. Giunetto Cardelli’s quote has become a motto for “La bottega del Gelato”, to show the very wide selection of sorbets made in our shop. This ever-expanding variety of flavours, is the result of a long process of both ice-cream production and selection of fruits and ingredients. The outcome is visible in our shop inside the refrigerator, where you can admire up to 25 different varieties of fruit, from Mediterranean, to tropical and exotic specialities as well.
